I have exactly the same issue, also in the UK.
Every option on Live365 shows as 'failed to parse' or comes up as 'empty' on mysqueezebox.com other than the favourites menu.
This has been over a week now....

Same issue for me.
Message everywhere is "Error: No items found in playlist".
Frustrating.

This is a User to User Forum. Logitech employees do respond sometimes, but you may get better results trying to call or email them.
