Cat, Do you mean you continue to pass everything along or are done passing things along? Sorry, but the wording is unclear. Everyone I talk to is having the exact experience I just described, so I don't understand what you mean that pandora is acting differently for everyone. Can you explain? Thanks.

Well for me with Pandora I can play a station then if it stops I go back to my stations list and just pick it again and it plays. Some people it is only affecting some players, but not all in their homes.

As we get information we usually pass it on, but our Engineers have enough information now and are working with Pandora. When it works again it will work just like it did before.

Thanks, Cat. I have found that if I do a factory reset, I can gat a fair amount of mileage from my stations again. I know you don't have an ETA, but your post sounds hopeful. Do the engineers think we're talking days or weeks here?

Also, will Slacker be worked on too? Slacker always stops at the end of a selection and then does not progress to the next playlist entry. The feature that I liked about Slacker was that you could make playlists from a variety of music genres and the music would play from one to the next and continue non-stop.

Just for the record. This issue is not limited to Pandora but also happens with Spotify.

It doesnt matter if you control the Squeezebox with the iPad app or the small remote, the player freezes randomly and has to be restarted with a power cycle.

Cat;  So is it solved or not?? I'd appreciate a clear statement from Logitech. I'm getting tired of re-installing the Pandora app as suggested and "hoping" the fix is in. This is a huge disappointment. Moving it to "New Solutions" looks like a cover-up for a corporate embarrassment.

Logitech is working very closely with Pandora to resolve this issue. As reports are coming in about Sirius, Slacker, and Spotify, we have had to broaden our investigation into this issue.

We do not have an ETA for resolution of this issue at this time. 

We will update this forum thread with information as it becomes available, however, do understand that Logitech Policy prevents us from revealing details of internal troubleshooting and the details of partnership interactions.

We thank you all for your patience during this issue, and hope to have this resolved in a timely manner, please still continue to report any changes in behavior of the Apps, and I will certainly make sure that the Engineers are made aware.

Guess we'll wait and see what happens. Every so often, the Touch doesn't work for what's intended when other devices can. I got so use to having to do a factory reset on a daily basis that I don't think about it any more. Now, of course, deleting all my accounts and re-installing them over and over again.

Trevor, I have new information. Today my Pandora has frozen every 15 minutes on *all* stations. This is unprecedented for me. I sincerely hope this is a "darkest hour before the dawn" scenario. For me, Pandora is now unuseable on the Touch. Please update us as soon as you have something you can share. Thanks
