vhiner: you mention that Pandora is now freezing every 15 minutes, and you also said that Pandora was going to start sending diagnostic signals to your unit.  I wonder if there is a connection there?

Also, like you, most of the time I've found that I can't just hit the same pre-set button (on my Boom or Radio) to restart the stalled station, but first I have to change to another station, then return to the original one.  However, in my case I can do it instantly--I don't have to wait a long time.  Now today I believe I was even able to just hit the same station's button and have it restart the stalled station, and this worked once or twice.  Can't remember if it was Pandora or Slacker, probably the latter as I tend to favor it these days.

I also listened some to a Rhapsody "channel" and didn't notice any stoppages with it, although I didn't listen to it that long.

I have a strong suspicion that the problem is due to a change on the Logitech side (most likely with the mysqueezebox.com service) since it seems to be happening with multiple streaming services (Pandora, Slacker, Spotify, Sirius) and so far everybody here seems to be saying it started a couple of weeks ago.  Or maybe if they have the mysqueezebox.com service hosted by someone else, there was a change by the host or ISP.  Anyway, given the patterns here, I suspect it is NOT a change by Pandora, Slacker, Spotify, and Sirius all coincidentally done around the same time frame :-).  And FYI, for the last hour or so I've been listening to Slacker through my TV, with no interruption!

I just tried Slacker and it stalled in 10 minutes. Restarted and next stoppage was after 40 minutes.

I'm confident that Logitech techs will have this problem fixed soon. They are competent and professional and would not sponsor a service that was non-functional.

I have had the same problem with my Squeezebox Boom for over 2 weeks.

To try and locate the problem I started using my PC to listen to Pandora while the Boom was running.

The Boom locks on an error while my PC keeps playing Pandora.

With other services having similar problems it appears that its a Logitech problem.

Chuck, I have gotten my hopes up so many times, only to have Pandora freeze again, I've delayed posting for a while. I've had a couple of late night 4 hour runs, but then it starts freezing again. I still have to back completely out of a station. I can return immediately but that station will stop every ten minutes or so until I leave it alone for at least a half an hour. Pandora has assured me they are working closely with Logitech to help them. Given that Spodify and Slacker are also affected, methinks the fire must be getting pretty hot over at Logitech. Given that the problem is going on for nearly three weeks, I suspect this one's a doozy. I love my Touch and I love Pandora so this is doubly difficult for me.

I bought a Squeezebox Radio 2 days ago and set it up and am having this Internal Pandora Error problem.  If it does not get resolved soon, I will return the unit and get my money back.  In fact, I was in the middle of emailing a friend about how I much I like the Radio and would recommend it as a purchase when this problem started happening (last night) and I found this forum.  It has happened to me twice now and is frustrating.  All I can say is that I hope a resolution or fix is found soon.

I'm having this same issue.  I got my squeezebox touch a few weeks ago, Pandora was working well for a while, but seems to be hanging more and more often.

Thanks to logitech for working on this.

A workaround/shortcut for getting past the error/restarting pandora on the squeezebox touch that I've discovered:

1) Press and hold the "pause" button on the pandora screen until it 'clicks'.

2) Press the "play" button.

Obviously this is not a solution, given that you have to walk over to your touch whenever it hangs, but it's faster than any other solution I've heard so far.

I was having the same issue with Pandora when connected through mysqueezebox.com.

BUT, Pandora does NOT freeze when I connect through the Logitech Media Server. 

For my setup and purposes (using 5 squeezeboxes) I really need to use mysqueezebox.com instead of LMS, but I am making it work until this issue is resolved.

While streaming yesterday I saw one of the radio's screen flash 504 (I think?), connection error with Pandora at the end of a song.  But it quickly disappeared, seemed to reconnect, and continued to the next song.

Hopefully this info will help the engineers figure out the problem.  I will be anxiously awaiting the fix, thanks.
