Thank you for your efforts. I assume that the support team and the engineers know that first impressions are everything and can really make a difference about how a firm or product is perceived. I had already posted a picture of my new Radio to FB singing its praises and gotten an inquiry from a friend.when I started experiencing the Pandora Server error problem. I could just as easily go back to FB and say it's a piece of junk due to the service problems and lack of communication from the company. I know people who do that type of public commentary on a regular basis. I wish you and the Team luck in finding some way to be more proactive in communicating with your customers about issues!
And I do wish that the engineers and testers would give you some sort of estimated time of when this might be resolved that you could then pass on to worried, confused, frustrated customers! I am still undecided about if I am going to keep the Radio because I have been given no idea how frequent these issues are or how long they typically last. This particular issue clearly has been going on for some time.

I too am having the same problem "Pandora freezes on Squeezebox Touch". When selecting "more button/plus sign" (while frozen) the message "No track data" pops up. I too have noticed this problem started around two weeks ago. I am a paying subscriber just incase you needed to know this. Thanks

Things are now worse than they have ever been regarding this problem....more than three weeks and no solution and no visible progress. The "pause" solution is no longer working for me either. Now sometimes only one song plays before a freeze.

Squeezebox is a rotten piece of crap. Pandora DOES NOT WORK! You HAVE NOT solved anything. You are giving your customers LIP SERVICE and not SOLUTIONS. Thanks for wasting our time and music experience by bringing a faulty product to market. You give internet radio a bad name. I will return this.

Pandora is now, for all practical purposes, not a useable application on Logitech Squeezebox devices. Logitech has no organized method for communicating with all users regarding the problem beyond this seldom viewed user generated forum.
It is in no way unreasonable for users and product owners to ask Logitech to set a target date for resolving this problem or provide some substantive measure of progress or lack thereof. Has testing begun? How will we know the problem has been solved? Each day these services malfunction brings me another day closer to selling my Touch and moving on to Sonos or some other far more reliable platform. This pains me because the sound quality of the Touch is phenomenal.
Unfortunately, what we are witnessing here is how Logitech has handled all previous extended server interruptions. There is simply NO central clearing house for information. It's always left to individual users to identify, trouble shoot and stay on top of Logitech's problems. We spend hours on hold for tech support, rebooting our units, resetting factory controls, etc.
The techs are courteous and patient beyond measure but Logitech gives them little autonomy and they are essentially corporate messengers. "Yes, the service is broken. Keep trying to use it. They won't let us tell you anything else. "
I don't think this is the way to run a competitive company in 2012. No one is offering refunds, coupons or anything for this extremely long service interruption. Nothing.
Dig this: Pandora has offered me a refund for my Pandora One acount and they're sending me a free t-shirt and this isn't even their problem.
Are you paying attention Logitech? Everyone else is.

"Newbie....I am a long time user of Logitech products and I find that this situation that we are going through unusual. The Logitech devices are AWESOME and the functionality ,although complex, is reliable. I have seen good customer service as well. Do not send your radio back,...I believe it would be a big mistake and a lost opportunity to experience some great internet radio and some normally very good music services. This issue with Pandora and Slacker will be a thing of the past soon and all will be forgotten. I,too, am very anxious for a resolution. You will be enjoying the services and ,if you are like me,will be marvelling at the great functionality of the Logitech devices. Please be patient and don't rush to judgement. Go through the learning curve for the Radio and ask a lot of questions. There are many experts at this forum AND at http://forums.slimdevices.com/index.php. (Although this issue is not one of them, I have found that many connection issues that I experienced in the past were problems with my own system set-up, ie,router,etc.)
I believe you will truly enjoy your Logitech Radio and perhaps even be tempted to purchase additional Logitech devices."

Yeah, I got the "stopping after every single track", this morning, on both pandora and slacker. Last FM hasn't worked for a year. My Music has NEVER worked. The Livio Radio in my gym still works.

Yes, Cat, I do pay for Last FM. I will take the time to say that Logitech staff at least talks to us. Frustrated about the software issues, though.
