FROM Logitech's Code of Ethics on their Investor Relations page:

True and Accurate Communications, Business Records and Public Reporting
Employees must be truthful in all communications with one another, our customers, internal and external auditors, government agencies, and other third parties. Employees must maintain truthful business records that accurately and fairly reflect Logitech business and financial transactions. Employees must not falsify or forge any business records.

 

Too bad Logitech head honchos only seem to think the truthfulness applies to financial disclosures.....

I refuse to bash Logitech . Pandora and Slacker are just very very small pieces of the Squeezebox ecosystem. I enjoy internet music radio stations from all over the world,talk radio,athletic streams,multiple music services that are rock solid and very high stereo fidelity, all thanks to my Logitech system. I am very thankful for that. Am I frustrated about this instability with Pandora and Slacker....yes...and yes I miss the Slacker functionality. Do I believe that a reimbursement is a fair expectation....yes, it seems so, but I could overlook this temporary problem if it is solved real soon. I believe Trevor and Cat, that techs are working on this and I am optimistic that it will be resolved soon. I am trying to be patient and tolerant. I still love my Logitech Squeezebox ecosystem. I will remain very thankful.  Hang in there....

Equipment: Brand new Logitech Touch, installed Feb 20, 2012

Ethernet connection.

Symptoms: Pandora ceases to play. Message: no data. Scroll back to My Stations, chose Station, music plays for a period of time, usually 15min to 60min, then ceases to play Pandora. Sirius has also ceased to play within a 12 hour period. Internet radio plays with no interruption.

Unit has been reset, updated, powered down with same results.

 

Please fix!

Pandora appears to be working correctly now.  Also, my station art from TuneIn started working.  Been about a year since I lost the station art.

After waiting for 3+ weeks and receiving not one status report I moved on.

Purchased a GRACE DIGITAL AUDIO GDI-IRC6000.

The Grace plays Pandora perfectly and it supports IHeart stations (which Logitech doesn't support).

This Pandora problem that had bugged us for several weeks has finally cleared up today on my Squeezebox.  The firmware version that I currently have is V7.7.1 r9557.  I have been listening all day without Pandora freezing.  I'm enjoying Pandora on my Sqzbox again.

I played Pandora for an hour last night with no problems. I'm hoping it's fixed!:smileyhappy:

Our Engineers have released a patch to Mysqueezebox.com to resolve this issue. 

 

You should already find your Pandora and Slacker experiences improved, if you notice any strange or new behavior, or if the symptoms continue, please let us know so I can follow up with the Engineers.
