is no one from logitech going to address this? my primary use for this thing is pandora and slacker. don't even get me started on my XM which won't work at all. will be looking into sonos if this continues

Slacker on my Squeezebox is now freezing regularly after 3 songs max. Seems like 17 pages of user complaints would get Logitech to address this issue. I used to recommend the Squeezebox to all my friends but have stopped doing so because of this issue.

Slacker "unable to retrieve next track" message after a couple of songs-- happening every day for a monyh now. Was also doing some of this (not as frequent) with previous software update -- am now using latest update but problem continues.

I've just submitted a support request on this via email. For me, Slacker has become almost unplayable because it gets stuck badly after 3-4 songs, and it's hard to get it going again, even by switching to a completely different service and then back again (which worked when they had the previous issue in March).
I notice that Pandora lately sometimes suddenly stops playing a song before the end (or even an ad, which I don't mind as much!), but it manages to pick itself up and carry on to the next song. I happened to catch the display on my Radio tonight when this happened, and it said "Audio stream disconnected. Skipping to next track."
I've been finding Slacker's music choices to be preferable to Pandora's lately, so I'm hoping Logitech can get this sorted out soon.

Just got a SB Touch to go with my SB Radio and now Slacker is unusable on both of them, didn't have a problem till I added the Touch. Can't play more than 1 or 2 tracks before it freezes with the "unable to retrieve next track" message. My SB server is running on a Synology NAS.

FYI, here's the main part of the reply I got today from my Logitech tech support request:
"Chuck there is an issue with the Slacker app on the Squeezeboxes at this time. Our engineers and Slackers are aware of it and are working on a fix. So you are not then only one having this issue, it is affecting all of our Slacker users."
