Could you please include SLACKER PLUS in your investigations . Slacker service is experiencing similar issues as Pandora. It's a paid subscription and has been un-useable for nearly a month. It has worked flawlessly in the past so I assume it should not be a difficult fix.   Any updates would also be appreciated. Is Slacker working with the Logitech experts to correct this? Thank you.

I'd hate to be the engineers chasing this problem.  When the failure is once every long time, getting a picture of can be a problem.  Even if you are running a number of devices.

Having same issue -- feel a little better that it is a Pandora problem and not a Logitech issue. Was going to go through all the steps to reset, etc. but now we will wait for help.  Thanks for posting and monitoring everyone.

It is NOT a Pandora problem. It's a Logitech issue at the server level. Previous posts and statements by Logitech make this clear. FYI.

I too have been having this problem. It started roughly two weeks ago.

Squeezebox Touch and squeezebox Radio, at different locations (one at home, one at work.)  Both radios randomly pause on Pandora and Slacker. I would say the average time would be around 45 minutes, but that is an average. Sometimes it's a lot longer between pauses (yay!) sometimes it's a lot shorter. 

Tonight Slacker was being really nasty - for three songs in a row, it paused at the end and made me re-start. It's been my experience that I simply need to hit the "back" button and then return to the station in question, and that solves the problem, at least until the next unexpected pause.  Like others here, my radio just stops and goes into the "paused" mode.  Pandora pauses both on regular stations and QuickMix. I have seen "PANDORA_" on occasion.

Neither radio is connected to the Squeezebox server. Both have very good internet connections (Verizon FIOS.)

I sure hope they fix this soon!

I'm able to hit the play button twice on my boom to continue listening on the same station. The problem is definitely related to retrieving the next song since it doesn't pause in the middle of one.

I would like to hear from representatives of Logitech as to their progress with this Pandora/Slacker issue. For me , it is a paid service for which I am not getting a fully functional product. Cat?; Trevor?

I am having the same problem with my Duet and Pandora. Stops anywhere from 1 song to 1 hour or more. I also noticed that an internet radio would pause briefly but then resume playing without any action on my part. Glad I found this thread and hopeful that this will be resolved soon.

Ed1000, a couple of posts back was a workaround for that. Press and hold the play button for like a second. You'll hear a little click. Then press it again as if it was paused. The Touch gets the feed back. It's not like a true fix, but it's better that going back to the home screen and re-starting a pandora or slacker session. I have a trouble-ticket open and at least they're talking to me and saying they're working on it. Good luck.

Thanks for your contribution nedb. The workaround is nice, but when one pays for a service one should not have to use a workaround. It has been nearly one month, for me, that SLACKER has not worked. I know that Logitech is a professional and highly respected company and they would/should not sponsor a service that is not functional on a Logitech device. I am being patient but it seems to me that if Logitech is what I and most believe they are, that a rep could/should keep its loyal supportive customers updated and perhaps give some compensation for a paid non-functional LOGITECH-supported service.
