MySqueezebox.com & Squeezebox Server

I have a Squeezebox Radio and a Squeezebox Boom that I connect via my home wifi to MySB.com.  I don't use SBS.  The Boom is working fine, but the Radio will not connect to MySB.com and the wireless symbol on the lower right corner of the display is blue.  But when I log on to MySB.com on my computer the Radio shows up as connected.  I can then operate the radio via the remove control on the MySBS.com site on my laptop, but none of the buttons or apps on the Radio work.  This has been going on for several days.  What can I do to fix this?

Similar situation. Bought new SB Radio 3/29...already have Boom and Duet.  Updated software then on May 1, can't connect the duet receiver and  controller. The Radio and Boom operate intermittently.  message says can't connect to mysqueezebox.com.

When there is a problem like this Logitech needs to notify us.   Makes you want to buy another manufacturers product.  This happens too often for a quality company

Agree with you AZJoe , last we had problems Logitech tweeted (#mysqueezebox) about their server problems. But not this time. Hope that they are too busy to tweet by restarting servers for us.

I emailed Logi Support and got a quick answer that they did have server problems.

After messing with it most of the morning, and giving up, it's back up and running.  Funny thing, when it's not your issue - giving up (and doing nothing) seems to fix things
