I bought a used SB3 (Classic) off of eBay. I set it up with wireless connectivity and went to connect it to mysqueezebox.com and now the device has been disabled requesting contact to "Turnkey Media Solutions." Any thoughts on how to free the device from this disabled status and make it usable? I'm assuming the device's MAC address is registered to a proprietary service or something.

You'll need to call support with your SB3's MAC address and your MySB.com login info.

That doesn't help. Only Logitech Support can reset them.

Is it an SB3/Classic player? Buy it used?
With the older players (SB3/Classic, Boom, Duet, Transporter) there are only two ways to get an already registered player onto your account, both include deleting the player from the existing account.
1. Contact the previous owner, ask them to delete it from their account
2. Contact Logitech support with your model & MAC # (both on the bottom sticker of player)
