First and foremost, you need to go to Logitech's site and download the latest software.  The one that comes with the rumblepad 2 is crap.

Secondly, use the instruction manual to map your buttons.  Keep in mind that the right joystick needs to be mapped to the Mouse's X & Y Axis' respectively.  

Third, in "Steam" right-click on either the MW2 or MW2 MP and create a shortcut desktop.  right-click on the desktop icon and left-click "properties".  In the "Target" there will be the path to steam.exe in quotes with an additional text followed by numbers.  Copy everything and paste it to the path of the profiler you're creating (delete any quotation marks "").

Finally, go into "Global Settings" and set this profiler name as "persistent".

Click on the "Play [profiler name]".

You're good to go!  Have fun!
