Hello. I got my Chillstream yesterday and I noticed a small but annoying deadzone (about 7-10%) on the left analog stick and only when you move it up. Is there any kind of software which lets you configure dead zones for the Chillstream or how can I remove it other way? Or is it a hardware defect

I have Windows XP SP3 Pro.

Same issue here.

I hope logitech gives us some kind of answer.

This is the third person with the same problem. Either it is on purpose or they have some bad quality samplers.
