I tried finding info on how to set up the Logtech Dual Action Gamepad controller for use with Doom 3. The  first page on Logtechs troublshooting search gives this info:

 "Doom 3 was designed to only use the mouse and keyboard using the standard FPS controls setup. However, you can use Logitech® Profiler to make a Logitech gamepad emulate the mouse and keyboard. For instructions on how to do this, please see Knowledge Base article 1998."

 When you click on the link for the article you get this message:

"This answer is no longer available." 

Just wondering what good  the knowledge base for Logtech is if they delete older articles. Does anyone know of anyplace else I can find the info on how to set up the controller to use with Doom3? Thanks for your help.

Could you send me pictures of doom 3 controls? Its very easy. Go to the controls in doom and press Prt Sc (or Print Scr or Print Screen. whatever you have) on ur keyboard. Then press Alt+Tab, go to Paint, press Ctrl+V, save the image as JPEG.

If there are two pages of controls, go back to the game and do the same for the second page. Then just attach the pics in a post here. Let me see and i ll send u the link for the profile with instructions.

hi...thanks for answering my post..Doom3 included a picture of the keyboard commands with the game so I made a copy of that which is attached to this post. I hope it is large enough to be readable. If not I can send you a larger copy by email. Thanks again for your help.

I was making the profile and I thought why haven't I played this game yet? So I got the game today and I am through the first mission. So this profile is tested. Alright, u have fun.

hi..sorry..was away over the weekend...I downloaded and saved your profile and I will set it up shortly...we've had so much bad weather here in June, now that we finally have some sun I am desparately trying to catch up on some outside work.  I'll let you know and post sometime this week (supposed to rain again on Wed) how it went.  Thanks again for your help. Never heard a thing back from logtech.

when i browse for file it then says select icon and then ok. but, ok never highlights to be clickable
