I've been using my G13 with a Dell XPS M1730 laptop (Vista 32) for a few months now (with WoW), and today when I plugged it in, the device seems to be stuck/frozen and not activating. The LCD just lights up, but no text or graphics appear, and none of the controls are recognized. I tried it in all 3 USB ports, rebooted the laptop twice, and reinstalled the software from the website, and still all the same. I verified the USB ports are working by plugging in my old Nostromo controller. And I tried plugging the G13 into my wife's Macbook, but again, nothing doing on the controller.
This happened once before a few weeks ago, but after simply waiting an hour or so, it worked again upon plugging it in. No such luck this time.
Is there a way to do a factory default reset or something? Or even a way to see if it's even being recognized on the USB port?

I seem to be haveing the same problem. Just bought the g13 a few hours ago and it was working fine. Started playing WoW and my computer locked up, after a reboot the computer didn't even recongnize the G13 when it was pluged in. The lights are on but thats about it. The LCD is blank, the buttons are unresponsive. I tried to plug it in on another computer and the same thing happened. Tried rebooting several times and reinstalling the software, but no change.

I have the exact same problem - does someone have a solution yet?
(I have Windows 7 and tried all my USB-Ports, including de- and re-installing the drivers each time)
Update: I called the support-hotline and they told me to bring it back to the store and get a new one =/
