Logitech doesn't worry about their users. That's what I realize when I see many users asking the same question, and being blatantly ignored by the company...
It's a shame, your products are great, but the customer support s.u.c.k.s.!

this is pretty sad here it is 2 years after the first post and no one seems to have gotten an answer on what seems like an easy question to answer. There is a lot of company's out there that offer part for electronics you can find on eBay and for you to use the warranty gar beg is a cop out. I to will not support you any longer if i can not get the stupid clap I need cus I'm not drilling a hole in my desk just so I can mount my steering wheel. Furthermore I have 2 g25 steering wheels both of which I have all ready taken apart and are way over there warranty any way so I really doubt it wood heart your big company to send me a part i would gladly pay $10.00 to $20.00 for that probably cost only $0.30 to build!!!![]()

This is the very reason why I wrote a letter to their corporate Office letting them know I will no longer buy their products all they want is our money service is not in there interest.

The only problem is you can only step on so many tows and then you start to run out of tows, and with Eden software getting out test drive unlimited 2 next year I think this is the wrong time to step on our tows.
in fact this is funny you call your company Logitech but your not vary - LOGIcal - !!!

Nothing, you're not going to find another wheel company that sells replacement parts. No PC peripheral manufacturer will do that for reasons already stated in this thread. If you want to take your anger out on Logitech then so be it, but I think they have better customer support than any other company. They probably already offered you 50% off a G27 when you called in, try find another company that will do that for you when your wheel breaks out of warranty.

This is just what I expected to here from Logitech they think if they give you a fifty per cent discount on their newest product that we will just start drolling all over our selfs and rush out and buy there product will I got news for you I will not do it. You are no better than a car Manufacture once a problem occurs with your product you do a half **bleep** job of fixing it but once the warranty runs out you wash your hands of it and expect we will put up with it well your wrong. See your problem is that you don';t care about your product all you want is for to keep buying new all the time have ever thought that we like what we have already and don't want to buy your new stuff. And as for the other people products not selling replacement parts your wrong again Thompson wheel sells replacement parts for their wheels and they are more expensive but their also better built and they care about their people that buy there product. You people are leaches all you care about is making a profit and one day your going to pay for it.

I think you mean Thomas Super Wheels (TSW), they make very high quality and expensive wheels, also the only parts they sell are parts that are meant to be changed like springs. Plus they have a lifetime warranty, are hand made and very few of them are sold...It's like comparing a custom built Ferrari to a mass manufactured Chevrolet...there are obviously going to be differences. There are probably 1000 G27's sold for every TSW wheel sold.
And as for Logitech, again like I said I think they have the best support you'll find of any major PC peripheral manufacturer...by a longshot.
