Hello.

I got a G35 headset.

Sinds a while my earpillows are wear.

I hope somebody can help me.

Now my earpillows are soft and i hear everything outside the earpillows, so my G35 lost his power

WHY are this headset parts not in the shop?

The G35 does come with a two year warranty.  I would suggest you contact Customer Care for your region for further assistance and a possible warranty replacement.

I had contact with the support, and HAD TO BUY A NEW ONE!

can you belive it?

They gave me 50% discount to buy the new headset.

In the USA they can diliver new ear pads, but not in europa!

so over 2,5 year i have to buy again a new headset (3th)

over 5 years i have to buy again a new headset (4th)

So this logitech's solution??
