I know this thing has to be able to able to do this.  After diving into the settings and profiles it looks super customizable but I can't find a way to get the joystick to make use of the mouse axis.   Anyone know how to do that?

I am having the same problem.  I could not find how to map mouse movement through the profiler or the help button.

What version of the software do you have? Here is a step by step guide how to set up mouse control with your gamepad analog stick in the Profiler:

The link you provided is for the G710's mouselook setup. The features and options made available for the G710's profilier does not appear to line up with the latest version of the Extreme 3D Pro's profilier. Could you provide a link to, or instructions for, performing mouselook setup that are tethered specifically to the Extreme 3D Pro's?

Did you ever get this working?

With the Profiler and the Extreme 3D Pro all I have available under X-Axis Properties to map to is other joystick functions, no mouse functions.

The profiler for the Extreme 3D Pro does not have the mouse axis option in the drop down menu. This is a bug.
