I have a Dual Action™ Gamepad and I'm Having Problems Getting it to Work with Gears of War !!!!

Can anyone help me configure my Dual Action GamePad to work with Gears of War ???

 

 

No matter how many timesi try to configure it ... all the button do something else. The left joystick

 

axis is in reverse. Need Help !!!
