I just bought a chillstream and I feel no air coming out of it.  Does air only come out when you are playing a for windows game or does it work when it is plugged into the computer and active?  I use xpadder so that I can configure the controller easily for anygame but I dont get the air coming out of the controller.

Hello Logi ,

I used to have a Chillstream gamepad for pc .

The fan should work by pressing it's button in the left hand side of the controller .

My problem was different , it was simply configuration of the buttons , i didn't use the x-padder .

But any way if the fan is not working then the problem is with the controller itself .

Logitech has removed the ChillStream from it's product

I sent mine back for a new one and the new one worked as it should.
