Hi there. I've been using my logitech dual action for about two years if I remember correctly, and lately I've been having issues with the sticks.

It seems that sometimes the axis are swapped, or sometimes even reversed.

This has popped up in games like Arkham Asylum (Right stick axis seemed rotated 90 degrees)

Dark Void (Both sticks up and down flipped)

And Left 4 Dead 2 (Right stick is bound to inventory?)

These are the most notable examples I can think of, but there are many more issues.

So has my gamepad finally gone bad, or is there a fix for this?

I have same problem, sticks don't move to its real working limits in calibrate program and in the games. Calibrating not working correctly
