Whenever i use my G25 shifter in 6th gear or reverse it automatically goes back to 4th. is there a way to fix it?

Hi gettehlife, 

Did this issue occur previously? Have you tried different games? 

Please try plugging your G25 into a different USB port (not in a USB hub or extension). Also, please try using your wheel on a different system (ie. PC, PS2, PS3)

I have tried other games and used the logitech game controller and that detects it jumping from sixth to 4th, i have tried other usb ports but can't try other consoles. this has only happened recently

Pots in shifter worn out. No way u will fix it. They cost more than shifter on ebay.

You can try asking guys from this topic, but I don't think it's possible to get those pots.

On ebay only I think or u can search on racing forums.

I'd suggest contacting Customer Support in your region for further assistance a possible warranty replacement. If you are out of warranty, they may another option available for you.

After a few months the situation is now worse.

It will not shift into any other gears other than 3rd and 4th. 1st and 5th will go to 3rd and 2nd,6th & reverse will go into 4th.

I have contacted Logitech TWICE around a week ago with all the product's information. No Reply. Could someone help me out?
