Hi everyone,
I've had my G25 for a good amount of time now but it is definately less than than 2 year guarantee.
Anyway, i have a problem which is when i turn the wheel there is a very unusually loud virating sound coming from inside the wheel, i can feel something is loose inside but i'm not sure if i should open it up and have a look? Now i know what it should sound and behave like as i visited a friends house a couple of days ago and noticed a major difference in his G25, it was much quieter and a lot smoother. Do not get me wrong, i know how they should sound and there will always be sound from the gears, but this is different. Its a lot louder than my old DFGT was.
The unit works perfectly apart from the really loud noise, what should i do? does it need a simple grease or lubrication? i personally do not think so but i am open to suggestions.
I cannot find the reciept anywhere but there is a sticker on the box showing it was delivered less than 2 years ago.
Any suggestions guys?
Thanks in advance,
Matt
