After i purchased my g27 in december, all has been well, excluding leather tears, and force feedback seems to get weaker the longer i play...but now the wheel makes a grinding noise, and has much weaker force feedback level. The wheel is used for about two hours when used, but is used maybe 2 to 4 a week on average, and also a month of non usage. Here is a video of this problem.

What about me though? I bought my wheel from tiger direct as a refurbished unit. It said that it is working fine yet after a week or two of playing iracing it is grinding and the motor for the force feedback feels like it has died almost completly. Ive heard that there are over heating issues with the G25 that would do similar issues, and Idk if the G27 i bought is suffering from similar problems. Do you even have a refurbished unit policy in your warranty?

Unfortunately, refurbished products are not covered by warranty. I suggest you contact the point of purchase and ask for a replacement. Most stores usually have a 30-day return period. A refund from the point of purchase is a possible option too.
