Logitech gamepads Wires

Hi,i got the Logitech rumble pak 2 which lasted me 2 years before the wires where it comes out of the gamepad became loose and was loosing connection to PC as more time was going the more it was worst until it didnt detect it anymore...

i bought the Logitech F310 like 5 months ago,it started doing it too but way more quickly and horrible...i thought the new stuff would be more sturdy....my old Logitech Dual Action is still working and its waaay more cheap...(not using it anymore too old)

(i lost the bill for the F310 i dont know how but i know it was still in its warranty time, yeah i guess i cant do anything about that...)

Re: Logitech gamepads Wires

Hello Uxot,

I would recommend contacting Customer Care in your region for further assistance and a possible warranty replacement.

Your F310 comes with a 1 year warranty and there are identifying marks on the game pad which will allow an agent to determine if your game pad is still under warranty.

I hope this helps you out.
