I have no way to prove a purchase of my mx518 but it hasnt been out longer than 3 years so I figured it would be under warranty. My problem is that I turned on my computer and the mouse light did not light up and there is no reaction. I tested the mouse on several computers, it is DEAD! ![]()
I read on this website that the warranty is 3 years. How do i go about getting a replacement?

Contact support. If you don't have a proof of purchase, we will ask for the numbers off the product. We can then determine when it was made, and if the device was made less than 3 years ago, then, well, obviously the mouse MUST still be under warranty
If the numbers on the bottom suggest it's older than 3 years, we will need the proof of purchase.
