Hello.
Anyone know what to do with setting up games for PC use with Logitech's Rumblepad 2? Right now I have some PC games which support the use of the Rumblepad 2 however it seems I must set them up for game play myself as the controller doesn't set up automatically. Seems to me that there are just too many commands for the games to use on the Rumblepad 2. I don't think I can set this up myself for use with my games and have all the functions and features of the games working that support the use of the Rumblepad 2. I truly feel as though I wasted my money on this controller since it doesn't auto-configure for game use on it's own. I don't know what to do and it seems like to make all the proper game functions work there would have to be multiple functions all on one set of buttons. I don't even think it is possible to configure all the necessary functions of the games for each game into only 12 or so buttons.I mean we have to have movements views and then use of weapons in an FPS game and so forth all on this one Game pad. I don't know what to do is there anyone who can tell me what to do and how to do it? Is there an auto-configure mode for the Rumblepad 2 that I don't know about? I know somewhere I read that you may have to leave the Rumblepads profile open and on to make it work with some of the games but what I need to know is how do I if I have to manually configure all control movements and so forth how do I do it? Can I configure all the appropriate movements and features of a set game into this one game control pad? I realize there is a multitude of variants of a games play to handle but can everything of that game be put into this Rumblepad 2?
I am not a geek when it comes to PC's or gaming or for that matter Game Control Pads set up and configurations. What can I do? Even the Tutorials for the Game Pad controller seem foreign to me and very frustrating and time consuming to figure out.
