I've just acquired a wired Rumblepad 2 G-UF13, from a friend. It used to work on my old computer 2 years ago when I last borrowed it (then on XP).
It is plugged-in properly (LED lights up), but is not detected. At all.
I've tried downloading the software from this site, but it doesn't detect anything. I've tried various Driver updaters, went into the Device Manage -- it shows up nowhere. I've tried three different USB ports.
Help?

Hello Salvidrim,
Please try the Rumblepad 2 on a different computer .

That has to be one of the worst answers I've ever seen!
I'm having the same issue....it has worked on this computer but my hard drive crashed and I'm having to reload everything onto the new hard drive. I've downloaded the driver - glad to see you guys finally got the 64 bit - but it isn't being detected in the Device Manager or by Logitech Profiler. It is, however, detected in the "Game Controllers" section of the Control Panel and am able to detect the various movements/vibration there. Again, it is not detected by the Device Manager nor the Logitech Profiler but it is detected by the Game Conrollers.
I would surely love to hear from someone and would really appreciate an answer that WASN'T to use it on a different computer. Seriously?

Hello columbia,
Trying a control device on a different computer is standard early trouble shooting due to the fact that if the issue follows the device we are most likely dealing with a hardware problem and will proceed in a different manner than if the device works as expected on a different computer. I understand not everyone has access to a different computer. Based on the description of your issue, you have already determined that the game pad is working. If you are using an external USB hub, dock or passthrough device, please remove them for trouble shooting purposes. Please try running the Logitech Gaming Software with full administrator access, do this even if you are logged on to the computer as administrator. I suspect a permissions issue since this is a fresh install of the OS.
Best Regards,
