Just bought the kids a re-certified Wingman Extreme Digital 3D controller and it seems much slower than the others. Very surprised as it seems to have many functions to it. We have a couple of computers and I wanted each to have joystick. But in flying simulation games it just seems to take forever to back & turn compared to the other two (even the older Attack 3). Is there something that can be adjusted somewhere in the software to speed up the ability turn, bank, etc? Very disappointed so far.

Hello PearlHarbor
Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try to help resolve the issue:
1. Make sure the Joystick is plugged in directly to the USB port, not on a USB hub or docking station. Also try different USB ports.
2. Make sure you have the latest software/drivers installed for the joystick. You can check for the latest compatible software for the joystick from the Logitech website (check here).
3. Try testing the joystick on another computer too to further isolate the issue.
