do you guys know how REDICULOUSE this silly thing is to program for GTA 4?

where are the profiles your site says "were added" http://www.logitech.com/en-us/441/287?section=downloads&bit=&osid=14

there are none!!!! i cant evcen edit something preexisting? my only choice is to start from scratch??? even though your site CLEARLY says "profiles added" ???

added to what? nothing? 10, 20 or 50 prior profiles? software seams to have only one option, program EVERYTHING.

you dont care if i cant figure out what buttons do what?? or how long it takes?

for the money i spent its probably worth it to hit craigslist for a used xbox controller then go through all the headaches of programming your software??

2 phone calls to tech support first one left me positive the lady was nice and made me thing i had answers in my email. only the file from your FTP was missing the FILE EXTENTION..... (oops!) didnt have any profiles either. didnt leave me with any hope because it left me a link to MAKE MY OWN PROFILE!!!!! (what about the profiles your site says you have?)

ive never like the feel of logitech mice but i love this controller. owned it for a while(2 or 3 years?) and ive never used it once.  its a real shame this feels good in my hands nice and solid. i cant say this experiance will ever allow me to spend money with LOGITECH again. quite sad. because there support actualy speaks english, understand context of sentances, and are able to think.
