i want to develop an application that interacts with Logitech Force™ 3D Pro joystick.
when i buy this joystick - does it come with an SDK kit ?

I don't think it come with/requires special SDK. If you're developing for Windows, you might want to look at raw input (Windows SDK) or DirectInput (DirectX SDK) first.
