Is there anyway to order the receiver for my original Mediaboard (not Pro) for PS3?

Hi everyone,

 

I've browesed through the faq section and the forum. It seems like the information given was outdated as the links no longer worked. I've also tried calling the 1-800-231-7717 number but it was not even connecting. Is there still a way to order a replacement part for the Cordless Mediaboard (the original version in silver, not the Pro in black)? Does anyone know?

 

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hello CharlesB,

 

I see you might have helped another person get a replacement receiver for the silver Mediaboard PS3 keyboard/touchpad mouse.

Can you help me also?

 

I was using mine on my pc, when something went wrong and my pc damaged everything that was plugged into my USB ports.

Please help, dont want to buy another whole keyboard when the only thing I need is the receiver.

I seriously wonder if I'll get a response due to how late this comes after the other posts. :-)  I have what appears to be a broken receiver as well.  I wrote Logitech support but got no response.  I do hope my luck is better here.  I really would like to keep this keyboard going and simply purchase a replacement USB receiver.

 

If there is any solution let me know!
