The controller worked fine for a while without any issues, but the last time I went to use it I could not get it to work.  The red light on the controller flashed for a while then quit.  At first I assumed that it was the batteries going bad, so I changed them only to have the same issue.  I then noticed that the usb receiver was not lighting up green when trying to connect.

I found some instructions that say to push the button on the back of the receiver for 3-5 seconds to reset and allow the controller to connect.  I have tried this, but still nothing happens on the receiver.  The controller is barely over a month old and has not had much playing time, and ideas?
