Hello new to this forum but I just bought my slim last night and i can say that i too am having this issue. As soon as i use my logitech remote my dualshock 3's will disconnect and will not reconnect. If i have the slim powered off it will allow me to power on my slim with either of my dualshock 3's so complete pairing has not been lost but as soon as i try to control the slim with my logitech they both will shut off and will not reconnect. So long story short the slim will not allow me to use the harmony adapter and the dualshock at the same time. I also am upgrading from a 60gb fat launch model to which i can say i have never had this issue.  Hope there is a fix soon.

So, I bought a Slim PS3 last week and a $70CDN PS3 adapter as I have a home theater setup with a receiver.  My logitech x360 controller will turn on the slim, then if I try to power on the DualShock all 4 lights flash.  Only way to re-connect it is to hook it up to the ps3 and turn the ps3 off.  I can then power on the ps3 with the DS and it will work fine, until I use the x360 controller then it will disconnect the DS.  I then have to repeat the above to get it connected again.  It's kind of frustrating when I buy an official[expensive] product designed to work with the ps3 and it doesn't work as advertised.  I hope both sides can step up to the plate and resolve this issue soon.
