I have a G-X2D11 model controller that I've had for more than 2 years and all of a sudden, it's not working.

The receiver light in the port blinks rapidly while the controller light remains a solid red.  I have already changed the batteries with no positive effect.  I have attempted using the second port, with no effect.  I have attempted holding down both the mode button and the receiver button with no effect.  Please advise. thank you in advance for support.

I saw someone say that they tried:

1) New Batteries

2) Clean the battery contacts inside the controller.  Isopropyl alcohol on a paper towel should be good. Rub it around. Maybe that'll help.

i've tried everything to get my logitech g-x2d11 controller to work. holding down the reciever and mode buttons. pressing reciever button one time and then a game pad button waited and got nothing. this controller use to work the light on the reciever is just flashing and the light on the controller is solid no flash i desperately need help to figure this out please thank you so much
