PlayStation 2 (READ ONLY ARCHIVE)

Ive had my controllers (both) for about 1.5 years, awesome product by the way. They all of a sudden do not want to go to sleep anymore. They stay on permanently(red light keeps flashing for hours after ive shut down my ps2), and I have to remove the batteries every time. Its kind of annoying.

Any advise?

I've had the same problem for a long time.  I have to remove a battery every time I'm done with it.  Any help would be awesome.
