QuickCall USB Speakerphone - General Discussion

I've recently bought one of these mics and the echo cancellation doesn't work!

Everyone I talk to complains that they hear themselves echo. I have been using it for about a week. I use it mainly with Skype and I run Windows XP. What can I do? I am about to return the product.

Also echo cancellation not working on Vista (6000), Skype.
The AEC checkbox is greyed and cannot be checked.
The driver 10.0.0.4.1023 is for XP, there is no updated driver for Vista.
Any clue or date for a Vista driver ?

As of now, it is only supported in Windows XP and Windows 2000.
