I am running Windows XP and have installed the latest version of the CallCentral application. The software installed properly with no errors, however the application will not run at all on my laptop. The app isn't running in the foreground/background and it is not available in the task bar. The auto-tuning wizard won't execute either.
Any idea if there would be other software conflicts that would prohibit CallCentral from running properly? I have admin rights to my machine.

Hi kac,
I Control Panel/ Sounds and Audio devices/Audio tab and Voice tab, is the QuickCall chosen as the default device for sound and Recording playback?
Run the Test Hardware app and see if the unit is working.

Mike
