QuickCall USB Speakerphone - General Discussion

Is there a newer version of the drivers + CallCentral available for the USB speakerphone?

Using 1.0 CD I get...

(a) doesn recognize the device

(b) trashes my Device Manager to such a degree (nothing shown!) that I need to go back to a System Restore point!

Admittedly I made that classic error of plugging the device in b4 installing the s/w but consequences of this error have been drastic!

Hi I am new to all this stuff, I was hoping someone could help me, I have just bought a  

Logitech USB Stereo Headset 250 Headphone w/ Microphone

the message I had when I bought this was ............Current software may be downloaded from the Logitech website.

So my question is do I need to download any software before I can use the  USB headset w Microphone ?
