I just got the QUIckcall USB speakerphone and I can't get the drivers to install in Vista. The logitech driver install program finishes, but when I plug in teh unit and windows installs the new hardware, I get a windows message saying "Windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device," then "The extended attributes are inconsistent"
Is there a fix for this or is Logitech plannign to release updated Vista compatible drivers? I obviously won't want to keep it if not.
Thanks,

I installed the microsoft hotfix, then reinstalled the drivers from CD, but still, when I plug in the speakerphone, Vista gives me the "Found New Hardware" dialog, but can't install the driver. It says "The extended attributes are inconsistent".
Any ideas?

The CallCentral 10.0.4 software is not supported in Vista. It will only function in Windows XP and Windows 2000.

Do you mean it will NEVER function on Vista ?
Else can you confirm us if Logitech is going to release a Vista driver for sure ?
I'm ready to wait some time for the Vista driver, but if there is no hope it's better I ask for a refund of the SpeakerPhone.
Thanks,
Renaud.

Same question as barcode, above - are there plans to update the software for Vista? I too am willing to wait if there are plans to make it Vista compatible, but if not, I'll return it.
Thanks.
Thanks.
