Usable as standard simul microphone/speaker?

Is the speakerphone usable as a standard mic and speaker simultaneously? Any interference issues? Does this or any of your other products have any cancellation hardware/software to eliminate interference from the speaker to the mic?

Crisp clear echo in the back ground. No mic/speaker cancelation. I am going to use my 5 as land fill.
