That was my idea too. i installed windows 7 as a boot camp partition and installed the logitech software. Result: The same problems as on the os x Version!! So you can spare your time and forget that solution!! Sorry to say!

That situation is unacceptable. I've bought 160€ that remote and can't configure it just because of a server problem !!!!

I have not actually tried to update my remote but things seem back to normal today.  What's everyone else's experience?

I'm not connected to my remote either right now, but I brought up the software and made a few changes I tried last night, and so far it all seems to be back to working okay.

I've made some few changes this day to try. But when I want to upgrade my remote, nothing happen. Apparently there is no connection.
