The pre-defined additional buttons (Additional Buttons screen) for a PVR include the A (yellow triangle), B (blue square) and C (red circle) buttons. Many PVRs now have a D (green diamond) button. Is there any way to have it display the green diamond as well, when I select the D button?

The command icons that are available depend on the model of Harmony but as far as I know none of them provide a coloured diamond.

Oh right, I should have mentioned that I've got the Harmony One.

How do I go about requesting this feature from Logitech? The functionality of a D button is already there, they'd just need to add the green diamond icon. It should be a very simple fix.

I have a One but didn't know that it had any command icons, other than the red, green, yellow, and blue discs.

You could ask Logitech support about adding another one but I've never known them to add anything for any model.
