Remote Control Software

Has anyone here been successful in configuring a Bose Lifestyle T20 with any Harmony Remote?  I have a Harmony One and have tried everything to get it to change the Bose T20 from "Cable" to/from "Blu Ray" when changing from "Watch TV" to "Watch a DVD" or back to "Watch TV".  

If I use the Help button the remote figures it out instantly and switches the input, but the settings don't stick so the next time I change the remote activity I have to use the Help button again.  There has to be something I'm missing in the remote configuration, but I've been using Harmony remotes since they first came out and I sure can't figure it out.

Increase the Inter-device delay for the Bose

I tried changing the inter-device relay from 500ms to 1000ms (still didn't work)...then changed it to 1500ms...and it still doesn't work.  Also tried changing the input delay from 1000ms to 1500ms and that didn't work.  With everything OFF if I press "Watch a DVD" the Bose is still on the cable input. 

What's happening is when the Bose is supposed to switch from Cable to Blu-ray I would normally press SOURCE and then press the down arrow to move from "Cable" to "Blu-ray" and then press OK.  I have this configured in the settings for the Bose but it's not doing it.  Any other ideas?  Thanks.
