I have a new Harmony 200 remote. Is it possible to set it up without using an Internet connection? We live so far out in the sticks that the only practical Internet connection is via cell phone or satellite. And I'm not paying for satellite. We'd like to get this remote into use. Ideas?

No that is not possible, you have to have an internet connection to program the remote
