After having a problem adding my new Panasonic DMP-BDT220 blu-ray player in the first place, now I find that I can only add one soft button in the Watch DVD activity. I have a Harmony 900 remote. If I add more than one and click done and come back in to the soft buttons only the first one remains. I have been using logitech remotes for a number of years and have never had a problem. Now with this device I am having nothing but problems. What's up Logitech?
Update ---
I deleted and readded the Watch DVD activity to see if that would help. When I added back the activity, there were already two soft buttons for the DVD player created. I can change those two to anything I want and it will accept/save them. If I try to add another one it will not stay, it disappears if I go back to the hard button screen or click done.
More ---
I uninstalled and reinstalled the logitech software version 7 to try to resolve the problem. This did not help. I did determine that I can not add any soft button to any activity. It is not just the Watch DVD activity or the DVD device.

Are you doing your changes in Devices or Activities? If you are adding commands to the soft buttons in Devices, they will not show up in Activities.

Activities but I think that I also tried in devices and they would not work. I just tried installing the logitech software on my laptop which has not had it installed before to make sure it was not something with my desktop but it does the same things. I have also removed the battery and waited 30 seconds or so to reset the remote.

I have the Panasonic DMP-BDT110, and have not had a problem with adding any number of commands to the soft buttons for my Watch DVD Activity.

Have you tried to add one lately? I ask because I have never had a problem like this either until now. I figure that it has to be either a problem with logitech's software/firmware or their website since it does the same thing on multiple computers. Do you have the latest software and firmware installed? Do you have a model 900?

Yes I have 3 900's and I just made some changes yesterday to one of them which included adding another page of commands to the soft buttons for one of my Activities.I have firmware version of 7.4 on one and the other two have firmware version 7.5 and I am using software 7.7. Firmware version 7.4 is the latest version available online and the 7.5 is what came installed when I bought them. You cannot upgrade to 7.5, if you try it will go to 7.4.
