I've had several Harmony remotes; currently on my second Harmony One. I haven't accessed my account for more than a year (estimated) and can't get into it. I used my username and asked for a password reset, but still can't get in.
If I just open a new account, can I get to my database? Either from the web or from my Harmony itself??
How can I do this?
Thanks,
Jim Thornton

No if you open a new account, nyou will have to program the remote over from scratch. Have you tried "I forgot my password" at the logon screen, you will have to answer 3 questions to get your logon ID and password.

I was afraid the "new account" option would trash my existing database.
I thought I had the correct Username, but I had that resent anyway using my email address. I had my password resent, then I reset it (Logitech said it was successful).
After that, I still couldn't log in as a Returning User -- got the following dialog: "You have entered an invalid user ID or password. Please try again." I attempted this several times with the same result.
One puzzling thing is that the "Username" I got back from Logitech is what I thought it would be. However, the Returning User section of the Log On screen wants a "Login ID" rather than a "Username." Are these the same?
Since I log into the Forums using my email address, I tried that in the "Login ID" box, but that didn't work, either.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jim

i am having same exact problem. i can create an account but when I try to log in again it keeps saying invalid email. Then if I reset and input new password it just blanks out the password with no error and then just sits there.
