Can't enter sequences

I have a new Harmony 700. I'm trying to get a sequence entered to turn on captioning with just one button. On the TV remote, this is: Menu; Down; Down; Right; Return. I've got the steps set up on the page that says "Create a sequence of commands", but don't see anyway to "finalize". Can anyone out there help out this aging boomer?

Click Done

Then customize it to a hard or soft button on the next screen
