Can't get Harmony 555 to learn IR using "PC Remote"

I have a PC Remote, probably a China clone, that comes with IR receiver. Harmony software does not recognize the 3 test buttons. The original remote does not have a serial number or type. The original remote works perfect on all buttons on my windows laptop Vista. Anybody any idea how to transfer the original remote to my Harmony 555.

Cannot find any specs of the installation of the USB connected IR receiver.
