Cannot setup PACE DC550D Digital Set Top Box in activity for Harmony 1100 remote

I have Harmony 1100 Remote. I am having trouble setting up the activity to include the Digital Set Top Box - PACE DC550D. The logitech Data Base says it has this make and model in its data base. If I just use the model DC550, the set top box will be included as a device but will not work with the actiivty. The other two devices in the activity work as programmed.
I have checked to make sure the original remote is an IR remote.
Can anyone provide any assistance?

You may try adding the Device as Cable/Satellite -> Digital Set Top Box
- Manufacturer : Cogeco
- Model No. : DC550D
Create a Basic Watch TV Activity. Update your remote and test.
You may also try accessing the device mode of your remote and test which of the commands work.
If your remote does not control your set top box, you may also try confirming the IR language of the device.
Go to the Devices Tab, select your Digital Set Top Box, click Settings, choose Confirm IR Language and click Next.
You will be guided by the wizard to push some buttons, usually three(3) buttons, from your original remote. If some of the buttons are not available on your original remote, click Skip.
After the procedure, update the remote & test.
