Remote Control Software

Am using harmony 900, and tries to use it to replace the old remote of Pioneer - VSX-D939TX. The list of pioneer did list Pioneer - VSX-D939TX but only the basic buttons/commands on Pioneer - VSX-D939TX such as switch on and volume tweak works. A couple of other primary functions don't work... such as the direction button. I had tried to use the old remote controller to teach H900, but unfortunately one of the key has spoilt and no longer works... and annoying still the rawly taught command direction (up) works, and the analysed version of it does not. Hence the direction (down) don't work as I have no way getting the raw signal from the spoilt RC button... Anyone able to save me from this peril I have trying to solve for hours? 

A few workaround I can think of are:getting the raw signal from another similar remote; edit the raw signal of 'up' to 'down' manually (which ive zero clue how to achieve this sigh)
