Remote Control Software

I am a new user of the Harmony 900 remote. I could add some devices and activities, but a strange thing is happening. I have a BluRay Sony BDP-S300 connected to a Sony Bravia TV on HDMI 2. I watch my BluRays or DVDs on the Sony TV and control the audio volume through my Sony AV Receiver STR-K885. However, when configuring the activity, at the end of the questions, the software does not ask which input is being used on the receiver, and automatically sets it to HDMI 3. I need to change this receiver input to HDMI 2. How can I do that?

First be sure that Bravia Link is turned off for your Sony Devices.  Next Select your Activity in the software, select Review Settings for this Activity, this should tell you what devices are included in your Activity, verify that your Sony AVR is included in your Activity and that is is set to go to the correct input.  If the AVR is not included in your activity, select Yes but I want to add more control, on the next screen you can add the AVR, and then select the input that it needs to be on.  I'm guessing the the reason the AVR is turning on is because Bravia Link is turned on and that when starting the activity Bravia Link senses the the AVR is connected and it needs to turn it on
